The description says that these deep-fried rice crackers are made with Yuzu (a Japanese citron fruit from Kochi Prefecture) combined with the saltiness of small shrimp pieces kneaded into each cracker. I didn't know that there was shrimp pieces in the crackers, but I loved the Yuzu and saltiness so much that I couldn't stop eating them. I did share them and was very sad that they were gone so quickly.
